Freedom of Information Annual Report 2010/11

Full accounts, audited by Grant Thornton UK LLP, are available on the website alongside the Annual reports of the Scottish Information Commissioner, or by contacting the Commissioner's office.  The Commissioner is also required to provide information on exercise of public functions, under Part 3 of the Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010.  The information for 2010/11 can be viewed at Financial reporting.
