Who appeals to us?

Freedom of Information Annual Report 2010/11

Who is appealing to the Commissioner, and what are they asking for?  Just over 40% of applications over the last two years have concerned local government – but the share of applications relating to Scottish Ministers and the Scottish Parliament has reduced from 23% in 2009/10 to 15% in 2010/11.  Appeals against police forces are also down.  Graphs showing number of applications from differenet sectors for 2009/10 and 2010/11
