You can download a list of the cases which the Commissioner is formally investigating under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 and the Environmental Information (Scotland) Regulations 2004. The list only includes cases which the Commissioner has validated. The list will be updated approximately every month.

Any decisions issued by the Commissioner will be published on this website within a week of the decision being issued. They can be viewed in the decisions section of our website.
