26. Prohibitions on disclosure

Information is exempt information if its disclosure by a Scottish public authority (otherwise than under this Act)-

1. (a)
   is prohibited by or under an enactment;
2. (b)
   is incompatible with a Community obligation; or
3. (c)
   would constitute, or be punishable as, a contempt of court.
