Which Law Applies?

 

It's not always easy to decide whether information is:

  • environmental information (any request for it should be responded to in terms of the Environmental Information (Scotland) Regulations 2004), or
  • non-environmental information (any request for it should be responded to in terms of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002)
