Comments or Complaints

The Scottish Information Commissioner's publication scheme will be reviewed regularly, and we welcome comments which will help us improve it. Please let us know if you found it difficult to locate information in the publication scheme. Do you have any suggestions on how we can improve the scheme? Is there any additional information which you feel should be included? Please pass on any comments to Sue Gemmell or Paul Mutch.

If you wish to complain about any aspect of the publication scheme, please contact Sue Gemmell or Paul Mutch in the first instance. Any complaint will be acknowledged within two working days of receipt and we will respond in full within twenty working days.

If this response fails to satisfy your complaint, please contact Sarah Hutchison. If you are still dissatisfied with the response, you can refer your complaint directly to the Commissioner.
