Co-ordinated a meeting of the 4 Information Commissioners ( Berlin , Brandenberg, , North Rhine Westphalia, and Schleswig- Holstein) and passed a resolution addressing
- A Federal Act - challenging the lack of political commitment to introducing a Federal FOI Act.
- Public procurement - requesting amendments to legislation allowing access to public procurement files
- Archives - addressing the issue that documents held in archives are closed for 30 years even if the documents would have been available when in current use.
- Avoiding FOI - outsourcing of branches of administration to private sector which takes information out of FoI requirements and into privacy law protection.
