Research into information requests to the health, higher and further education sectors
This report has been temporarily withdrawn pending a full review of the quantitative element of the study. A small number of responses to the survey had been overlooked and were therefore incorrectly counted as non-responses by authorities. We are revising the analysis accordingly and will publish the corrected version as soon as possible.
In the meantime, the Commissioner is writing to the authorities concerned to extend apologies for any difficulties that our error may have caused.
