| Annual Reports | Under s46 of the FOI Act an annual report must be laid before the Scottish Parliament, on the exercise of the Commissioner's functions under the Act. |
| Research reports | Findings of research commissioned to provide insight into various aspects of FOI in Scotland. The knowledge gained from these studies informs the Commissioner's work, and is also of value to others with an interest in FOI. |
| Assessment reports | The Commissioner conducts a programme of practice assessments amongst Scottish public authorities, and publishes a report and action plan for each assessment. |
| Video/audio | Videos and podcasts in which the Commissioner shares views on a range of FOI related matters. |
| Other publications | A range of other publications relating to the Commissioner's work including: briefings and guidance; submissions to Government and Parliament; reports of events e.g. conferences. |
